Dorm Room Christmas Tree

Anyone living in a dorm room or small space knows that there isn't enough room on the ground for a large green plant. Here is an easy DIY Christmas Tree.

However, if there is a corner, there is a cheap alternative.

First, buy some pine-colored garland. I got mine a the Dollar Tree last year.
Walmart and Target have Christmas lights for under $3.00. I just draped my lights over the garland, but I would recommend attaching those to the wall as well.

The trickiest part is getting the the garland to stay on the wall. Folded-over duck tape seems to work if you can't use nails in the walls.

Top it off with a battery operated tea light candle!
